ORDER INFO

Please note: Our minimum order is 5kg.

Due to small variations in the weight of individual cuts your shopping cart will be based on an estimated amount of which we require 75% payment to prepare your order.  Once we have received your deposit payment your cuts will be prepared in our on-farm butchery. We will then invoice you the balance remaining on the exact amount once your has been dispatched. 

Please note:  Should your order exceed the estimated value in your shopping cart by more than 10% we will contact you.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We do our utmost to ensure that we can fulfil every order, but due to the nature of butchery and carcass balance, there may be occasions that stock is affected by availability. If you are happy to receive a similar cut please tick the Substitute box when ordering.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

To enable us to keep our transaction costs down, and deliver premium Certified Organic pure Angus beef to your door at an accessible price we are using direct bank transfer for payment due to the increased costs of credit card fees.  This means more delicious beef for you and less money for the bank – that’s got to be a good thing!

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once we have received payment for your order your mouth watering, delicious box of Certified Organic pure Angus beef is carefully packed using recyclable boxing, compostable wool insulation and non-toxic food safe chill packs to keep it at a chilled ambient temperature in transit. Delivery is via NZ Post on their perishable parcel courier.  A signature will not be required to receive your order but please keep a look out for notification of your delivery. If you have special delivery requirements please add a note to your order under Payment Options.

Please ensure you store your meat in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible.
