Our hand diced beef comes from the fore end of the animal, providing plenty of flavour that reducers down into delicious gelatinous juices when slow cooked in casseroles or your favourite Indian curry. Like all our cuts, our hand diced beef has benefited from the minimum 21 day dry aging process prior to boning and cutting.
