Beef Strips

Our hand sliced beef strips are perfect for a delicious beef stroganoff, an aromatic stir fry or quick curry. Tender and full of flavour they have been taken from muscles that lend themselves to cooking quickly over a high heat. Like all our cuts the beef that our strips have been sliced from has benefited from a minimum of 21 days aging process in a controlled environment.
