Beef Heart

Our organic beef heart is packed full of nutrition to help keep your heart healthy and boost your energy levels. Organic beef heart is loaded with complex B Vitamins (folate, riboflavin, B12), iron, selenium (especially important as New Zealand’s soils are naturally deficient), and zinc. Slow cook in pieces the European way or fry in cast iron with pure sea salt as a finely sliced steak – cooked to medium rare – and enjoy the exceptionally rich and beefy flavour. Our beef hearts are sold whole as we don’t believe in broken hearts.
